How To Make An Appointment

Thanks for taking an interest in my work! 

If you would like to get tattooed, contact me by email mattbrotka@gmail.com (please put the word "tattoo" in the subject line.)
Please include:

-Your phone number. 
-Detailed description of your design.
-Do you want color? Black and grey?
-Desired placement. Please be specific (such as: Right inner forearm, Left rear calf, etc..etc...)
-General idea of size.
-Please include reference images, if any.
-Budget restrictions, if any.
-Any questions you may have about the process, in general.

From there, I will send you all the information about setting up an appointment.
